Water is sleeping

Last night Paloma and I were eating dinner and across the table a glass of water was shaking. As is typical of an little kid, she noticed it and pointed it out to me, “water splash” she says. It took me a minute, but I eventually figured out what she was referring to. A few minutes later, the table settled down, which Paloma also noticed, and she reported to me “water sleeping”. Hmm… I hadn’t thought of it that way, but yeah, it’s sleeping. She’s full of cute comments like that lately. I’ve been remiss in updates, so here are a few videos and pictures taken over the last month.

And, finally, here is a very cute picture that we took of Paloma on Easter. She has been growing up so much!

As for mom and dad, we are busy getting ready for the new baby. Lots of work around the house, cleaning up, prepping Paloma’s new room, and of course, enjoying the warmth of spring in Portland.
